We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to contribute to an exceptional dining experience within one of the world's leading luxury hospitality brands.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Prepare and present contemporary Asian dishes in a dynamic evening dining operation.
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and the entire Golden Eye kitchen team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and the front-of-house team.
• Work evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.

Stellenanforderung

• Previous experience with Asian cuisine and grill cooking techniques is required.
• A passion for gastronomy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Availability to work evening shifts five days per week.
• Valid work permission for the Czech Republic.
