Improve effective stock ordering, monitoring and control Oversee and control the ordering of F&B stock Undertake stock ordering, stock taking and distribution of stock to kitchen and restaurant Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department about the cost of sales Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe. Check the daily Food and beverage revenues report submitted by FO Daily Import of Micros Sales to Materials Control system. Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget. Monthly inventory count for kitchen and restaurant Work closely with the head chef and F&B manager
