We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of reservation supervisor. Kosher Hotel KING DAVID has 67 rooms, a kosher restaurant, a café bar, and SPA facilities.

Náplň práce

Ensure the smooth running of the reservation department agenda, working with Fidelio hotel reservation system
to answer the telephone and email requests and ensure all details are clearly and correctly recorded in reservation system
processing and sending offers to the guests
dealing with the guests and travel agents
close cooperation with the sales department

Požadujeme

Fluent in English is must

Czech and Hebrew language are advantages
