Náplň práce

Customer Service – Attending to guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, and processing payments.

-Assisting guests with their choices and actively recommending food and beverages.

-Ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

-Collaborating and communicating with the team (service and kitchen staff).

-Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement – ​​a willingness to learn, diligence, and reliability are what matter.

-Ability to handle operations under pressure during busy periods while maintaining composure, organization, and a positive attitude.
