As a Moonlight Agent, you are the face of W Prague during evening and overnight hours. You deliver bold, personalized service aligned with W’s spirit — creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
You manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth night operations while embodying W’s Whatever/Whenever® philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Welcome guests warmly and professionally.Anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations.Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests with confidence.Deliver exceptional service to VIP and leisure guests.
Front Desk Operations
Process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations.Verify payments and ensure billing accuracy.Assign rooms based on preferences and availability.Prepare reports and maintain shift logs.
Cash & Compliance
Process payments and balance cash bank.Follow accounting, safety, and emergency procedures.Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
Teamwork
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other teams.Maintain professional communication and appearance standards.
