We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and professional Hostess/Host to join our team at a busy restaurant located in the heart of Prague. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience.

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a friendly first impressionManage reservations and seating arrangements efficientlyEscort guests to their tables and provide menusCoordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service flowHandle guest inquiries, both in person and over the phoneMaintain an organized waiting list during busy hoursEnsure the entrance and reception area are clean and presentable

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional appearance and attitudeAbility to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plusFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
