We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Waiter to lead our service team at a busy restaurant in the heart of Prague. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent customer service skills with leadership ability and a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the waitstaff during service

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Coordinate table service and maintain smooth communication between kitchen and floor staff

Train, support, and motivate team members

Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Monitor staff performance and ensure service standards are consistently met

Help manage reservations and seating during busy periods when needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
