Responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen: Set the highest standards in food preparation.
Budget and financial management: Master the department’s budget, control food costs, and manage the warehouse.
Menu creation: Develop permanent, seasonal, and special menus.
Staff selection and training: Ensure adequate job performance of the culinary team.
Safety and hygiene compliance: Uphold standards and handle administrative tasks.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Language: Proficient in English and Czech.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead a team.
Knowledge: Familiarity with 5-star standard operating procedures (SOPs) and day-to-day operations in other departments.
