We are a team of passionate hotel professionals and we are currently recruiting a Banquet Supervisor.

Náplň práce

We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to join our great team in Prague.

Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:

- To organize various banquet events in such a way as to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

- To be responsible for the proper handling of banquet inventory and its proper monthly inventory

- To attend regular weekly and monthly meetings To participate on regular BEO meetings

- To lead the banquet tem of external colleagues (incl. operational meetings)

- Regular monitoring of compliance and applying LQE's and 11 Pillars in the service, immediate follow up if necessary

- Responsible for sales transactions, assisting guests with comments and concerns and ensuring the banquets operate efficiently

- Perform all cashier-related duties (incl. payment cards) according to hotel

- Attend all food and beverage training classes

Požadujeme

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in a similar role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality.

You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. EU working permission needed.
