As a Breakfast Cook at Sir Prague Hotel, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional start to our guests' day by preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes. You will support the kitchen team, helping to establish smooth breakfast operations, ensure food safety and hygiene, and contribute to a welcoming and heartwarming guest experience that reflects Sircle Collection's commitment to excellence and heartfelt service.

Role & Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations and Support:

• Prepare, set and refresh the breakfast buffet. Prepare and cook a variety of a la carte breakfast dishes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the culinary team and Head Chef.
• Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the breakfast kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Take part and support other operation in the restaurant, especially preparations for dinner, when the time allows.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all food products in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.

Guest Experience and Quality:

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt and seamless breakfast service.
• Prepare dishes with a sense of care and creativity, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
• Respond promptly to any special guest requests or dietary requirements.

Inventory and Supplies:

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food deliveries. Report any shortages or equipment issues to the Head Chef in a timely manner.
• Support cost control by minimizing waste and following portion guidelines.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Work closely with other kitchen and F&B team members to ensure a smooth and positive morning operation.
• Contribute to a professional, respectful, and efficient kitchen environment. Participate in kitchen meetings, trainings, and briefings to support team cohesion and growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support other culinary or operational tasks as needed, especially during peak periods or events.
• Uphold the values of the Sir brand through excellent service, attention to detail, and teamwork.
