Job description

·         Provide a gracious and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests

·         Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service

·         Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest preferences with attention to detail

·         Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion

·         Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction

·         Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a flawless guest journey

·         Maintain the highest standards of presentation and communication

Job requirements

·         Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest service is preferred

·         Excellent command of English; additional languages are highly valued

·         A natural passion for service excellence and guest engagement

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure

·         Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor

·         Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
