Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional guest experiences, and turning enquiries into confirmed bookings?

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for managing reservations and events enquiries, building relationships with guests and corporate clients, and supporting revenue growth across our restaurant venues.

Job description

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell group lunches, dinners, celebrations, and corporate events.

Follow up on incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, concierge services, and local businesses.

Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue across all venues.

Support sales initiatives and special events.

Guest Relations, Reservations & Events

Manage the reservations and events email inbox.

Respond to guest enquiries professionally and promptly in Czech and English.

Coordinate group bookings, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions.

Prepare event offers, confirmations, and booking documentation.

Ensure all event and reservation details are communicated accurately to the operational teams.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience throughout the booking process.

Administration & Coordination

Maintain reservation systems and guest databases.

Track enquiries, bookings, and event activity.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Work closely with venue managers and the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

Professional working proficiency in Czech and English.

Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, events, sales, customer service, or guest relations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer-service orientation and professional presentation.

Commercial mindset and confidence when communicating with clients.

Diligent, organized, and highly accurate in handling reservations and event details.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication.
