We're looking for a Runner to join our front of house team and help us deliver the kind of experience our guests remember.

Job description

- Respond to guest requests via our guest app and chat platforms

- Deliver amenities and special requests to guest rooms

- Share information about the hotel and the city

- Support smooth day-to-day operations with small errands and practical assistance

- Work closely with other departments to maintain consistent, attentive service

- Escort guests to their rooms after check-in

Job requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English – Czech is a strong advantage

- A genuine interest in looking after people

- A proactive, communicative nature and a calm approach under pressure

- The ability to manage several tasks at once without losing attention to detail
