Working hours: 12-hour shifts

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Spanish language skills are required.
• Experience with Cloudbeds is a big plus, but don't worry if you're new to it — training will be provided.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Someone responsible, punctual, and reliable who enjoys helping people.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and a few night shifts per month.
• The ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests from around the world and make them feel at home.

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments.

• Use Cloudbeds to manage bookings and daily reception operations.

• Monitor guest ratings and reviews on Booking.com, Hostelworld, Expedia, and other booking platforms.

• Respond professionally to guest feedback and help us maintain excellent guest satisfaction.

• Share tips about Prague, local attractions, and the best places to explore.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

• Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.

TRAINING PROVIDED

We'll provide training on Cloudbeds, our hostel procedures, daily reception operations, and service standards. You'll have the support you need to settle into the role and become a confident part of the team.
