What You’ll Do
-Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
-Manage spa reservations and appointment scheduling
-Handle guest check-in/check-out and process payments
-Provide information about spa treatments, facilities, and products
-Coordinate with therapists to optimize daily schedules
-Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality
-Support retail sales of spa products
-Keep the reception and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting
-Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
-Resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach
-Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
-Strong communication skills (Czech & English required)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask -Professional appearance and positive attitude ---Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
