We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in Prague city center.

📋 Job Description:

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Supervising and coordinating front-of-house staff Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Handling customer requests and resolving issues professionally

Assisting with staff scheduling and shift planning Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies

Helping maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Supporting basic administrative and office tasks

Training and motivating team members

✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant or hospitality)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

English language required (daily communication)

Czech language preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Team player with a proactive attitude
