Would you like to be part of a bar that aims to rank among the best on the Czech and European bar scene?

Under the leadership of our Bar Manager Lukáš, we are building a team that takes mixology seriously — with a strong focus on thoughtful flavours, quality ingredients, precise service and a minimal waste approach.

We are looking for a bartender who enjoys bar culture, 5* service and wants to be part of a project with real ambition to grow.

What can you expect?

9 signature drinks inspired by the history of one of Prague’s first luxury hotels.

In-depth work with our bar menu, spirits portfolio and homemade ingredients.

A minimal waste approach — we think carefully about how to use ingredients smartly and to their full potential.

Preparation of shrubs, cordials and other homemade components.

Classic cocktails mixed according to the guest’s mood and preferences.

Occasionally pouring a beer or preparing a coffee — after all, we are a hotel bar.

Evening shifts, as the bar is open from 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM.

Rotation between bar and service positions, so no two shifts feel the same.

What do we expect from you?

Interest in mixology and the bar scene.

Ideally, 2+ years of bartending experience.

Experience from a hotel environment is a strong advantage.

Advanced English and conversational Czech or Slovak.

Flexibility, calmness and the ability to connect with guests.

Good knowledge of products and ingredients at the level expected from a top-class bar.

Salary based on your experience — basic salary + share of tips and service charge, all properly included on your payslip.
