Chefs for the summer season in restaurants and hotels on the Croatian coast; Istria, Dalmatia and Dubrovnik Region from May/June to November 2026.

You don’t have to be the most experienced Chef 
but you must have the mindset, skill, knowledge and confidence to take ownership of the team and the service.

Náplň práce

Job Description – Chef/Cook (Seasonal, Croatia)

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing Mediterranean dishes in à la carte restaurant/hotels environment on the Croatian coast.

Key Responsibilities:
– prepare and present dishes according to restaurant/hotel standards
– ensure consistency and quality during service
– work with fresh ingredients, especially fish and seafood
– follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
– support team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations

Profile:
– solid experience in professional kitchens
– ability to work under pressure during busy service
– team player 
– good understanding of Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage

– stay calm under pressure and lead by example
