Náplň práce

If you are a person with 3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the hotel business, have passion for the industry, sports and social responsibility and are highly organized, you are our STAR candidate!

Reporting directly to a Resort Manager (GM), this position will appeal to a highly motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working to pre agreed goals in a busy and changing environment, is constantly challenging herself/himself and is looking for a rewarding career.

Sales and Revenue Manager will be responsible for managing and maximizing sales and revenue growth for the resort.

Day-to-day tasks will include active sales, servicing existing clients and exploring new accounts, negotiations and contracting, developing strategies to increase sales, forecasting and analyzing revenue data, sales calls, managing pricing and inventory, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Požadujeme

# 3+ years of experience in managing hotel sales
# excellent communication and negotiation skills
# strong management skills and organizational capabilities
# ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies
# excellent time management skills
# fluent English and Czech language, all other languages are an advantage
# the ability to represent the Resort at trade and client events
# analytical Skills, revenue management skills are a plus
