Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless guest journey in line with Radisson standards.

Perform core front office tasks including:

- Room allocation

- Group handling

- VIP guest coordination and handling Check-in and check-out procedures

- Accepting reservations and walk-in guests

- Lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction through responsive, professional service and efficient problem-solving

- Take a proactive role in team development and performance, in collaboration with the Head of Department

- Ensure compliance with Radisson Blu operational standards and legal requirements

- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners ensuring timely and effective communication

- Collaborate with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to optimize visibility and performance; analyze guest feedback and drive continuous improvement           

Job requirements

We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front office or hospitality position

- Excellent communication skills

- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for results

- Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure

- Fluency in English (other languages are a great advantage)
