We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our growing chain of restaurants with a team of up to 60 employees.
Managing the full HR process (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding)
Supporting daily HR operations across multiple restaurant locations
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Assisting with payroll preparation and communication with external providers
Helping with internal communication and employee relations
Supporting general office tasks and administration
Collaborating with management on HR policies and improvements
Previous experience in HR (experience in hospitality is a plus)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Knowledge of Czech language (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficient with basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
