We are looking for 15 strong profiles to be the brand ambassadors with catering duties for a new party area in Mega Park: First Floor Luxury Bar.

This position is for a person with a magnetic personality, who has the ability to connect effortlessly with people and goes far beyond service and sales. As the face of our most exclusive club experience, you will be the first point of contact for high-end guests. It is about creating magic, engaging in customer loyalty, delivering personalized experiences, and understanding what motivates each guest.

Your role is to attract, engage, and build genuine connections, making every client feel recognized, comfortable, and valued from the very first interaction. Discretion, professionalism and multi-tasking skills are essential, as you will work closely with VIP clientele in a high-energy, luxury nightlife environment.

Job requirements

Valid EU work documentation (or Ukrainian citizens under EU/Spain agreements)

Availability to relocate to Mallorca during the season contract

Charisma and communication skills

Advanced english. Other languages will also be considered

Flexibility and ability to adapt yourself to different enviroments
