We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with proven experience in hotel operations, a solid understanding of the day-to-day functioning of the department, and the ability to take real responsibility for quality, organization, and team leadership.
Independent preparation of housekeeping schedules, planning and optimizing staff rosters
Daily operational management of the housekeeping department
Ensuring and controlling cleaning quality in line with hotel standards
Handling operational issues, guest complaints, and non-standard requests
Linen inventory management, ordering supplies, and monitoring consumption
Training new employees, ongoing performance evaluation, and team support
Close cooperation with other hotel departments
Active collaboration with the Housekeeping
Manager on process improvement and efficiency
Previous experience in a similar position within hotel operations or cleaning services management
Experience in leading teams and organizing work
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to make independent decisions and resolve operational issues
Responsibility, reliability, and professional demeanor
Willingness to work in a dynamic hotel environment
Knowledge of Czech language
