We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure smooth daily operations across our residences – R16 Residences located at the prestigious address Revoluční 16, Prague 1, and our newly added project, 6ix Residences in Soukenická Prague 1.

Job description

Overseeing the daily operations of the reception of an apartment complex consisting of 34 premium apartments, as well as the expanding portfolio of 6ix Residences.

Leading, training, and motivating the reception team.

Handling guest requests and feedback, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Creating and maintaining SOPs and ensuring strict adherence.

Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, finance, technical).

Supervising reservations and administrative tasks related to front office operations.

Managing online reviews, including responses and evaluation of feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance guest experience.

Job requirements

Ideally, previous experience in hotel operations, particularly in roles such as Front Office Supervisor/Manager, Guest Relations Supervisor/Manager, or Operations Supervisor/Manager.

Strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with guests, and the capability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to handle demanding situations and work under pressure.

A friendly attitude and guest-oriented mindset.
