Job description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and team members to maintain our exceptional standards and contribute to the overall success of the department.

The main focus of your job will be:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant

Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service

Assist in scheduling staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cost controls

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Monitor and uphold health and safety standards

Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and special events

Job requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Very good knowledge of F&B operations

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Very good knowledge of English at a communicative level; other language skills are an advantage
