What You’ll Do

Create a Spotless, Inviting Environment

Maintain cleanliness, order, and functionality of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and all spa amenitiesReplenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest supplies throughout the dayEnsure spa equipment is in perfect condition and ready for guest useAssist with laundry, inventory, and proper storage of spa supplies

Support Guests and Staff

Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detailProvide amenities such as water, juices, and heated neck pillowsHelp guests navigate the spa, locker rooms, and lounge areasAssist spa therapists and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Safety, Security & Compliance

Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policiesHandle hazardous materials safely and adhere to all health regulationsReport accidents, unsafe conditions, and maintenance needs promptlyMaintain awareness of surroundings to ensure guest and team safety

Teamwork & Communication

Partner with colleagues to provide seamless serviceCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests and team membersAct as a role model for new employees, demonstrating efficiency, care, and W’s signature energy

Guest Relations & Service Excellence

Listen and respond to guest requests with professionalism and positivityAnticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their spa experienceProvide assistance to guests with disabilities in a courteous and safe mannerEngage guests in conversation about spa offerings, property services, and local experiences

Physical & Operational Tasks

Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the spa during your shiftCarry and handle objects like towels, linens, and amenitiesMaintain spa schedules, ensure services run on time, and help promote spa offerings

Job requirements
