We are looking for a Spa Attendant who doesn’t just clean and organize — but elevates the entire spa experience. If you’re attentive, service-minded, and love helping guests feel pampered and relaxed, you might be the perfect fit.

Job description

What You’ll Do

Create a Spotless, Inviting Environment

-Maintain cleanliness, order, and functionality of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and all spa amenities

-Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest supplies throughout the day

-Ensure spa equipment is in perfect condition and ready for guest use

-Assist with laundry, inventory, and proper storage of spa supplies

Support Guests and Staff

-Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

-Provide amenities such as water, juices, and heated neck pillows

-Help guests navigate the spa, locker rooms, and lounge areas

-Assist spa therapists and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Safety, Security & Compliance

-Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies

-Handle hazardous materials safely and adhere to all health regulations

-Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and maintenance needs promptly

-Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure guest and team safety

Teamwork & Communication

-Partner with colleagues to provide seamless service

-Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

-Act as a role model for new employees, demonstrating efficiency, care, and W’s signature energy

Guest Relations & Service Excellence

-Listen and respond to guest requests with professionalism and positivity

-Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their spa experience

-Provide assistance to guests with disabilities in a courteous and safe manner

-Engage guests in conversation about spa offerings, property services, and local experiences

Physical & Operational Tasks

-Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the spa during your shift

-Carry and handle objects like towels, linens, and amenities

-Maintain spa schedules, ensure services run on time, and help promote spa offerings

Job requirements

-Strong communication skills (Czech & English required)
