Job description

- Join the team, inspiring excellence and fostering a positive working environment.

- Ensure the smooth and efficient preparation of meals for banquets, events, and other dining occasions.

- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering.

- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations and hotel policies.

Job requirements

- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.

- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.

- English or Czech language
