- Ensures that all procedures and policies are in place and followed.
- Leads by example: Provides a high-quality service towards all customers.

- Checking in/out the guests.
- Handles and manages customer complaints professionally.
- Cooperates with other departments.

Požadujeme

- Proven experience on similar position from a 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of TMS (SAP) is a big advantage
- Customer focus
- Passion for hospitality
